1. Shipping & Delivery

We provide reliable shipping services exclusively within the United States to ensure your pet gets their favorite gear as fast as possible.

  • Shipping Location: We ship our premium pet supplies directly from our partnered warehouses to offer you the best prices and quality.

  • Delivery Time: For US customers, order processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by a shipping time of 7-12 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.


2. Tracking & Orders

Once your order is placed, we make sure you stay updated every step of the way.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order is processed, we will send you a Tracking Number via email. You can track your package directly on our website.

  • Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

  • P.O. Boxes: For the fastest delivery, we recommend providing a physical residential or business address rather than a P.O. Box.


3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you or your pet aren't 100% happy, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery.
